My heart is in Alma Raíz, and it expresses itself by integrating services across the reproductive journey. Our services are bilingual, culturally responsive by design. Spanish and Spanglish aren't an afterthought. They are central. Our materials and sessions speak directly to Immigrant, Latinx, and BIPOC families without requiring them to translate their needs or identity.

We focus on your lived experience and professional expertise because our work is grounded in both professional training and the lived experience of navigating oppressive systems. We nurture community connection. Alma y Raíz centers warmth, relationship, and mutual care. We build trust through authenticity, not just credentials.

A Little About Me

When I'm not working with families or facilitating trainings, I'm usually tending to my houseplants, exploring local cafes in Washington Heights, or spending time with loved ones. I really value quiet mornings, creative projects, and spaces where people make me feel safe and loved.

One day, I'd love to open a physical space - a healing hub for community care, where birth workers, therapists, and families can gather and grow together.

Clients often say I bring a calming presence, a warm ear, and just enough structure to help them feel grounded. I don't show up with a clinical checklist -- I show up as a human being, rooted in justice, compassion, and deep cultural understanding.

My approach is relational and anti-oppressive. Whether in a one-on-one session, a support or group or consulting call, I lead with listening and collaboration. Together, we build care that makes sense for you, your family, and your goals.
